Registration Help

 

We are sorry you are experiencing difficulty with the registration process. Have you:

  1. Entered your Organization Web ID?
    If you do not know your Organization Web ID, it can be found on your EAP wallet card, poster or benefit brochure.

  2. Entered a valid user name? User names must be between six and 16 characters, and can include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and these symbols: _ - @ # $ ^ &.

    Occasionally a user name is already in use. If this is the case, please select another user name. If you have registered previously, but do not remember your user name, click here.

  3. Entered a valid password? Passwords must be between 8 and 16 characters, and can include uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers and these symbols: _ - @ # $ % ^ &. If you do not remember your password, click here.

  4. Entered your password confirmation correctly? It must exactly match the password you entered.

  5. Entered your e-mail address correctly? If the e-mail address you entered is already being used by another user name, you may have registered previously. If you do not remember your user name, click here. If you do not have an e-mail address, you can create one on Yahoo, Hotmail, Gmail or other e-mail provider of your choice. The e-mail address will be used to send you your user name or password if you forget either one of them.

  6. Selected a security question and answer? You must select a security question and then answer it. This will be used in the event that you forget your password.

  7. Selected the button indicating you are under the age of 13? Under federal law, we are unable to provide any user under 13 years of age access to our site.

  8. Need to contact technical support? Please explain your issue to our support personnel.
